All bookings will be confirmed subject to 30% advance paymentsand rest payment on arrival at Srinagar Cash.Policy Regarding Cancella&on / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTUREIn case of cancella&on of tour/travel services due to anyavoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in wri&ng.Cancella&on charges would be effec&ve from the date we receive anemail or a leier in wri&ng and cancella&on charges would be as follows :If booking cancelled 15 days before arrival date then 30% of totalamount will be deducted and if booking is cancelled within 15 days ofarrival then full reten&on & no refund will be applicable.Full staywill be levied.

3) Local Taxi fare guest Own Cost .

4)Any type of Route Change for Natural disaster, extra fare will be Provide by Guest.

5)Share car Stand to Stand Service.

6)Any type of festival reason or off day of any public spot is not under our scope .

7)For share Guest any type of local taxi fare is in your scope .

8)for environment Changes or Any type of Disaster will effect share car service fare .

9) Only voter card , Driving licence Acceptable in Sikkim & Aadhar Card in Darjeeling
